◦ How long does the hair typically lasts?

Koporate K’s luxury bundles and lashes can lasts as long as they’re maintained properly. At minimum a few months up to a year without the proper maintenance.  

◦ Tips for maintenance; 

Detangle from the ends & work your way up.

Use very little product consider using conditioner to help detangle if necessary. 

Dry thoroughly when styling to avoid creating kinks & undesired smells.

Some of the other products such as Durags are great for those trying to maintain waves, locs, and other braided or twisted styles.

Bonnets works well for braided styles as well as many other protective styles.

Some services include starter locs, numerous crochet styles, 

Loc styles, barrels twist, braids, singles, & two-strand twist. 

Retwist and braid downs are also offered at a lower rate.

◦ When will I get a response?

Typical responds in 24-48 business hours. 

◦  I placed my order, now what?

Order will be confirmed, fulfilled, and shipped out within 3 days, tracking number will be created and sent out, customer can track and leave review upon arrival of products or completion of services. Shipping typically takes anywhere between 7-14 days from when you receive the tracking number. Any products can be shipped within 3-5 business days for an additional $35 (must select 3-5 business day shipment). For a guaranteed 2 days possibly overnight shipment an additional $60 charge can be added at checkout (must select 2day shipment option).

◦ How? Online based store offering very limited services locally. In person card payments and cash are accepted in person and all major cards through online services.  

◦ Why? Licensed in Cosmetology but injured hands so moved into the field as what I call a “background” entrepreneur. Korporate K offers a variety of styles. upon request. Please provide images along with any specific request if available.

• Refund Policy: To receive a full refund on any product or item it must be returned unopened, not tampered with and in ready to sell condition within 7 days of confirmed delivery. If an item or product is not wanted but already has been opened or tampered with, it can be sent back for half of the item and/or products cost at the time of purchase. Anything sent back damaged or unable to be resold (includes any lace items being cut, knots tampered with & bundles being unraveled) will not receive any portion of the cost back. Photos of items and/or products will be sent to buyer upon receiving return to confirm it's correct. Once confirmed by buyer, refunds will be sent out, please allow up to 14 business days in total for refund due to different banks having different policies. Please stay in contact with Korporate K throughout the complete refund process to ensure refunds are received by buyer. NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES UNLESS AGREED UPON SEPERATELY BY KORPORATE K HERSELF!
